F/R maintenance & Installation

This series supports complete pre/post maintenance of modules, power supplies, and receiving cards, making it easy to operate. The cabinet structure supports front and rear installation. The flatness of adjacent cabinet can be ensured by adjusting the connecting piece for flatness.

Precision Flatness, Showing Industrial Aesthetics

The case processing error ±0.02mm, the whole body is seamlessly formed by one-piece die-casting, which is durable, wear-resistant, impact-resistant and anti-oxidation. It adopts CNC diamond cutting process and secondary finishing treatment after PCB sealing, the error is ±0.01mm. The front connecting piece of this series is designed to ensure the assembling flatness of ±0.05mm.

Color Gamut Adjustment

XR is real-time rendering, because there is a need for certain cooperation between the screen and the shooting device. It requires the display screen to meet the color gamut of BT709, DVI-P3, DCI-P3, BT2020, etc. At the same time, XR can customize and adjust the color gamut to fine correct the color deviation, so that the color quality displayed on the LED screen is infinitely close to the real color.

Ultra-High Refresh Rate

Due to the high configuration of XR cameras compared to normal cameras, XR requires the screen to be shot in a low grey state without skew or bright lines to present a better virtual reality fusion extension. To avoid the occurrence of bright lines, the LED screen is required to have low grey and high brush.

Ultra-High Color Depth

In order to have a better visual reproduction presentation, during the shooting process, the higher the display bit depth, the more detailed the color displayed; the more realistic the image; and the more natural the color transition. It is required that the LED screen brightness be greater than 1000 nits and be able to access and process a 10 bit color bit depth input source and present it.

HDR--High Dynamic Range Image

LDR images with the best detail for each exposure time are used to compose the final HDR image. It is able to better reflect the visual effect in the real environment. It has information about the actual brightness of each pixel at that point in addition to the usual RGB information.

16Bit Grey-Scale for Abundant Pictures

Inaccurate control in the grey scale, the control current is not precise enough will lead to distorted images, especially when the circular grey scale diffusion is most obvious. Therefore, the LED screen body is required to control the current accurately when the chip is selected, and the starting grey current is low.

The VHRI-VP series supports grey level enhancement by adjusting parameters such as refresh and frame rate. It meets HDR10 and has a black screen screen saver to save energy.
